To create a sustained network of advanced graduate students and faculty by providing the opportunity to give and receive critical feedback on dissertations in progress.

To provide financial support to students who are attending a Forsyth County high school and reside in the Foundation’s service area of Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, Yadkin, and Wilkes counties.

To provide financial assistance to the children or legally adopted children of highway workers killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty to pursue post-high school education.

To provide financial assistance to children of Founders Federal Credit Union members to attend an accredited college, vocational, or technical school of their choice.

To recognize individuals whose dissertation best represents outstanding work in law and society.

To promote professional development and business aviation careers and to benefit individuals seeking to become NBAA Certified Aviation Managers (CAMs).

To provide financial assistance for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender high school seniors.

To provide educational assistance to graduating high school seniors of Rockville, or Ellington High Schools.

To recognize students who have one or more LGBTQ parent/guardian and have demonstrated ability and commitment to effecting change in the LGBTQ community.

The Opportunity Scholarship is a $2500 scholarship awarded to one student each quarter, in furtherance of LendUps mission to provide everybody with a path to better financial health.
