We believe that it is essential to lead by example and serve one’s community. We hope to encourage others, particularly students, to do the same.

The Grungo Colarulo Giving Back to the Community Scholarship was established to recognize students for their dedication to serving the community. One student will be selected to receive this $1,000 scholarship for their essay detailing how their commitment to serving the community has impacted them as well as others.

Attorney Mutrux has dedicated his life to helping individuals get back on track after a serious injury caused by the negligence of others. Through this scholarship, attorney Mutrux hopes to recognize an individual who has experienced hardship but is determined to not be defined by such an experience.

To encourage HIFICU members or their dependents to pursue higher education at any two- or four-year accredited college or university in the United States of America.
