Licensed social workers from other states can apply for Licensure by Reciprocity in Indiana. There are specific requirements and procedures for each license, so be sure to click on the correlating application. You must have a valid social work license from another state and no disciplinary actions against you. A passing score on the appropriate ASWB exam is also required for the license you are seeking. Submit the proper verification for your current social work licenses and send the ASWB scores to the Board. The Board will examine the materials and determine if you meet the guidelines for approval. If so, you may need to complete a jurisprudence exam before receiving your full license.
