To provide financial assistance to graduates of Woodstock High School.
Applicant must be graduating, or have graduated. from Woodstock High School; must be enrolled at least half-time at an accredited school school approved for federal Title IV funding; must demonstrate financial need and community involvement and/or service.
Selection is based on financial need, recommendation letter, and essay.
