Applicant must be a Vermont resident and underrepresented student of color; must attend an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding; must have financial need and face significant barriers or obstacles that limit access to post-secondary education; must demonstrate school or community involvement and/or service.
Selection is based on essay, financial need, and recommendation letter.
