Applicant must be Vermont resident and a high school senior; must be seeking an undergraduate degree in agriculture at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding; must demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, and community service.
Selection is based on financial need, academic achievement, essay, and recommendation letter.
