Applicant must be a Vermont resident pursuing an undergraduate degree in a field related to public safety including, but not limited to, emergency services, law enforcement, and criminal justice; must be enrolled full time in an accredited college approved for federal Title IV funding; must demonstrate financial need.
Selection is based on essay and financial need.
