Applicant must reside in Franklin County, VT; must be seeking an accredited certificate or degree in a technical field or skilled trade, including, but not limited to, nursing, health care, physical therapy, or speech therapy; must have financial need; must demonstrate potential for academic success and a strong education/work ethic.
Selection is based on financial need, recommendation letter, and essay.
