To support the education of students holding a valid FCC-granted amateur radio license for post-secondary education.
Applicants must be citizen of United States and All Other Countries; must be H.S. Senior, Undergrad, Graduate; must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year; must have GPA of 3.0; must be an ARRL member; must be a resident of ARRL Northwest Division (AK,ID,MT,OR,WA); must have Bachelor’s degree or higher; must demonstrated interest in promoting the Amateur Radio Service.
Selection will be based on committee criteria.
