To support the individuals who have gone above and beyond in their dedication to community service and improving the lives of others.
Applicants must be women who have competed on the local, state, or national level from 2008 to present, regardless of whether a title was won.
The Scholarship Committee will review all applications for this scholarship, and will consider the following (among other things): grade point average (high school & college/university), class rank, extracurricular activities, financial aid requirements, household income, level of participation within the MAO system, and an essay describing how the applicant has fulfilled a legitimate need in their community through the creation, development, and/or participation in a community-based project or event to support and raise awareness of the brave men and women who dedicate their lives to protect our freedom.
