Applicants must be full-time sophomores and juniors; must be in the upper third class (typically a minimum 3.3 GPA); must have outstanding leadership potential; and Passion for public service and making a difference.
Selection will be evaluated based their public service project proposal, outstanding leadership potential, effective communication skills and who “wish to make a difference” in local, regional, or national communities.
