To provide financial assistance to graduates of Hartford schools who are pursuing post-secondary education in a technical field.
Applicant must be graduating from, or have graduated from, Hartford High School or Hartford Area Career and Technology Center; must be seeking a certificate or associate degree in a technical field; must be enrolled at least half-time and have a minimum 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale; must demonstrate financial need and a strong education/work ethic.
Selection is based on financial need, academic achievement, essay, and recommendation letters.
