To support Vermont students pursuing certificates in lineman school.
Applicant must be a high school senior who resides in Addison, Essex, Franklin, Orleans, Caledonia, Grand Isle, Chittenden, or Lamoille counties, VT; must be accepted into a certificate program at an accredited lineman school; must demonstrate entrepreneurial skills, endeavors, and/or achievements along with strong education/work ethic and school or community involvement and/or service; must face significant barriers or obstacles that limit access to education after high school.
Selection is based on essay and recommendation letters.
