To inspire and encourage residents of Peacham to pursue post-secondary education.
Applicant must reside in Caledonia County, VT; must be seeking an undergraduate degree and enrolled at least half-time at an accredited college approved for federal Title IV funding; must demonstrate financial need and a strong education/work ethic.
Selection is based on essay, recommendation letter, and financial need. Preference given to applicants who are residents of Peacham and/or are among the first generation in their families to attend college.
