Applicant must be a resident from West Hawaii County attending an accredited two- or four-year educational institution within the United States (including U.S. territories); must be pursuing studies in Arts (such as theatre, performing arts, journalism, writing, film) or healthcare (such as nursing, general medicine, pharmacy, emergency medicine, midwifery); must demonstrate financial need.
Preference given to students who are the first in their family to attend college.
