To provide educational financial assistance to a graduating senior from Central High School.
Applicants must be graduating seniors from Central high school; must have plan to attend any two-to-four year college, university, vocational or technical school.
Recipients are selected based on financial need; academic achievement; leadership ability; community and volunteer service; creativity; and special circumstances.
