Scholarship Mission

To encourage graduating high school students to pursue their education in a music or music-related field.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must be graduating seniors of Wood or Ritchie Counties pursuing a major in music or a music-related field at a post-secondary educational institution; to be eligible for a scholarship from the PACF, a student generally has to reside in one of the counties in the Foundation’s service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio.

How Winners are Selected

Selection will be based on financial need, academic achievement, potential, and character.
