Applicants must be U.S. citizens at the time of application; U.S. citizens and foreign nationals who have lived in the United States for three years may apply for the National Endowment for the Humanities post-doctoral fellowships; graduate students in the humanities may apply for pre-doctoral fellowships. undergraduate students are not eligible. Applicant must not hold a full-time job during the fellowship term.
Selection will be based on a quality of an applicant’s submission materials.
