To provide financial assistance to Vermont students pursuing undergraduate degrees.
Applicant must be a Vermont resident and a current high school senior; must be seeking an undergraduate degree at an accredited school in Vermont that is approved for federal Title IV funding; must be enrolled full-time and have a 3.5 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale; must demonstrate financial need and school/community service.
Selection is based on academic achievement, recommendation letter, essay, and financial need.
