To support students who live at NROC and are pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees.
Applicant must have lived at Northgate Apartments in Burlington, VT, for at least six months before applying (if under 18, must live at Northgate at least 51 percent of the time); must be enrolled at least half-time at an accredited college approved for federal Title IV funding; must have financial need (meet 185 percent of the poverty level); must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale; must demonstrate school or community involvement/service and a strong education/work ethic.
Selection is based on academic achievement, recommendation letter, essay, and financial need.
