To assist a student from NROC who is pursuing vocational, trade, career, or business education.
Applicant must have lived at Northgate Apartments in Burlington, VT, for at least six months; must be a Vermont resident and U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen; must be seeking education and/or training in a trade or vocation, or in business/career development on at least a half-time basis; must demonstrate school or community involvement/service and a strong education/work ethic.
Selection is based on recommendation letter and essay.
