To provide financial assistance to students and educators pursuing restaurant-related studies and training.
Applicants must be enrolled or accepted as a full-time or part-time undergraduate student at an accredited post-secondary institution, college, or university for the upcoming academic year; must be majoring in an undergraduate level restaurant, foodservice, or hospitality-related program; must plan to be enrolled for at least two consecutive undergraduate terms or on track to complete an undergraduate degree within one term.
Applicants will be selected on a competitive basis by judges.
