To assist Parkersburg High School cheerleaders/graduating seniors who plan to attend college.
Applicants must be graduating Parkersburg HS seniors who are members of the Red Wings or Cheerleading squad and plan to pursue post-secondary education.
Selection is based on academic achievement, character, activities, and community service.
