To provide financial assistance to qualified graduating seniors intending to pursue careers in education.
Applicants must be graduating seniors from Wood County, West Virginia, or Washington County, Ohio, who are majoring in education or special education.
Selection of applicants will be based on academic achievement or potential to achieve, honesty and good moral character, involvement in extracurricular and/or community service activities, and financial need.
