To help NFBPA further achieve its mission of attracting the best and brightest African Americans to careers in public service.
Applicants must be full-time students working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in public administration, political science, urban affairs, public policy, or a related field who have excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities, strong oral and written communication skills and have 3.0 or better GPA for at least 1 full time semester remaining.
Evaluation will be made by the Scholarship Selection Committee.
