Applicant must reside in Bolton, Huntington, Jericho, Richmond, or Underhill, VT; must attend an accredited college approved for federal Title IV funding; must demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, and community service and good citizenship.
Selection is based on recommendation letters, essays, financial need, and academic achievement.
