To provide assistance in fostering innovative research and mobilizing necessary knowledge on important public issues to new generations of social scientists.
Applicants must be graduates of humanities and social sciences enrolled in PhD programs in the United States.
Preference will be given to applicants who write their prose clearly and intelligibly; proposal that shows major concepts, theories, and methods; and applicants who will provide evidence of having attained an appropriate level of training to do the proposed research.
