To help young girls become more interested in technology.
Applicants must be first-time students or adult learners returning to school to pursue a new career; must be enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree program; may have diverse levels of life experience, academic merit, age, race and religion.
Candidates are chosen on the basis of volunteer service, passion for technology, leadership activities, scholastic grades, letters of recommendation and previous awards. Demonstrated passion and spirit is weighted most heavily in the selection process.
