Applicant must be enrolling in a minimum two-year, full-time undergraduate program of study at a recognized institution in Canada or US for the upcoming fall semester; must be under the age of 24 at the time of application and through time payment is issued; must have a minimum of 200 community service hours in the last 24 months; must have a minimum 3.2 GPA; and must meet one of the following
Community service, letter of recommendation, quality of essay.
