To encourage graduating students to pursue higher education.
Applicants must be Parkersburg High School graduating seniors; To be eligible for a scholarship from the PACF, a student generally has to reside in one of the counties in the Foundation’s service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio.
Selection will be based on financial need.
