To assist undergraduate and graduate students who participate in community service and show leadership abilities.
Applicants must be full-time undergraduate or graduate students at a two- or four-year college or university; must be residents of Hawaii; must have a minimum 2.7 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
Preference for students with strong community service experience and for renewal candidates.
