To support graduating local seniors who plan to pursue postsecondary education.
Applicants must be graduating high school seniors residing in Wood County, WV, or Washington County, OH; must be planning to attend or already enrolled in an accredited four-year institution, trade school, technical school, or certificate program; must have GPA (for high school seniors) between 3.0 and 3.5.
Selection based on character, academic performance, work ethic, and community involvement. Preference is given to qualified homeschooled students.
