Qualification Requirements

Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees leading to working in the military or music; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; must demonstrate a commitment to the greater community; must be a U.S. citizen.

Preference given to applicants of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
