To support an undergraduate student pursuing a career in food industry.
Applicants shall be an who is a declared food science, nutrition, food engineering, food packaging or food service curriculum leading to a bachelor degree and intends to pursue a career in the food industry; must be Membership in IFT and GLS-IFT; must have at least 3.0 GPA; must be enrolled in an accredited Michigan college or university.
Selection will be based on committee criteria.
