To provide grants to health, human services, education, community development, the arts and other charitable organizations which benefit the citizens of Moline Foundations.
Applicants must be Illinois Quad City Metro High School Senior; black Hawk College student who lives within Moline-Coal Valley School District 40 boundaries.
Recipients are selected based on financial need.
