To support the education and development of African-American students to prepare them for careers in public administration.
Applicants must be full-time students, working towards a graduate degree in public administration, political science, urban affairs, public policy, or a related field preferably at an HBCU with excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities, strong oral and written communication skills and a 3.0 or better GPA for at least 1 remaining full-time semester.
Applicants will be evaluated based on some criteria designed by the Scholarship Selection Committee.
