Applicants that are residents of the 50 United States, U.S. Territories and District of Columbia are eligible, as well as anyone 16 years of age and older.
Rules will be judged by the Judges on the basis of the following criteria: 25% originality, 25% creativity, 50% quality of imitation and presentation.
