To encourage educational pursuits among Redlands Unified School District graduates by providing educational assistance.
Applicant must be a graduating senior with at least a 2.0 GPA; must be planning to attend an accredited college, university, or vocational program and must have continuous involvement in scouting and community service.
Preference is given to individuals who have attained the rank of Eagle Scout.
