Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States of America planning to attend full-time or substantial part-time in a foodservice related program and accepted or enrolled in the following schools California State Polytechnic University Pomona, Cornell University, Culinary Institute of America, Johnson and Wales University, Kendall College, Lynn University, Michigan State University, New York University, Pennsylvania State University, Purdue University, University of Denver, University of Houston, University of Nevada (Las Vegas) or University of Massachusetts-Amherst; must also have a minimum grade point average of 3.0.
