To help defer college expenses at a four-year accredited institution.
Applicant must have graduated from a public high school located in the District of Columbia; Be a D.C. resident; accepted to an accredited four-year college in the United States as a candidate for a degree; demonstrate a commitment to community service; demonstrated economic need for financial assistance; a minimum overall GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
Recipients will be selected based on financial need, academic standing, and upon the decision of the foundation board of directors.
