Purpose for the scholarship
To provide financial assistance to children of members of unions affiliated with the Duluth Building Trades Council.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, whose parent or guardian is a member of one of the 17 unions affiliated with the Duluth Building Trades Council; and, have grade point average of 2.75, based on 4.0 scale, or higher.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference will be given to students entering the health care field.
