Purpose for the scholarship
To provide financial assistance for the education and development of public administrators serving in the engineering and information technology field.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be full-time students, working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering or information technology with excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities, strong oral and written communication skills and a 3.0 or better grade point average for at least 1 remaining full-time semester.

Selection criteria among applicants
Evaluation will be made by the Scholarship Selection Committee.
