Purpose for the scholarship
To encourage a higher standard of professional education for libraries in Arkansas by awarding scholarships and soliciting contributions to the scholarship fund.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be completing work toward a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college; university and must not currently hold a master’s degree in library science.
