To provides library education and training.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be entering or currently enrolled in an ALA-accredited program of graduate study specializing in children’s librarianship; must be residents of Indiana; completing his or her library education and must continue to work in an Indiana library for at least one year after.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selected based on: interest in librarianship as a profession; individual’s potential in the library field; academic record; a personal interview or video submission.
