Purpose for the scholarship
To support students in order that they may pursue their education at the post secondary level.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be high school juniors and students of color, preferably African American, who reside and attend school in New London County; must be United States citizens.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will be based on the submitted application materials; selecting scholars include community service, academic achievement, financial need, and United States citizenship.
