Purpose for the scholarship
To provide educational scholarship support to graduates of Western International High School.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be members of the graduating class of Western International high school; employees of the Foundation, members of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation as well as dependents of employees of Western International High School, dependents of the Detroit Public School District and dependents of the scholarship selection committee are ineligible for scholarship consideration.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will be evaluated based on their desire, ability, and good grades; demonstrate leadership and character through dedicated community service; financial need.
