Purpose for the scholarship
To support Coastal Bend students intending to study civil engineering at area universities.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a resident of the CBCF seven county service area who is enrolled full time at Del Mar College, Texas A&M – Corpus Christi or Texas A&M – Kingsville; must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference is given to students of Asian and/or Eastern Indian heritage and to civil engineering students.
