Purpose for the scholarship
To provide financial assistance to students who have chosen to pursue a graduate degree in public administration and who have a desire to work in city or county management.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be one-year student membership to WCMA; must reside in Washington State; have a bachelor’s degree; be enrolled in or accepted for admission to a graduate school; preference given to schools in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will be based on committee criteria.
