Purpose for the scholarship
To provide scholarship funds to help defray the costs of tuition, lab fees and text books while working towards the obtainment of a medical degree.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be current and recent Guernsey County residents; eligible for the pursuing a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will be based on determined through objective criteria, including MCAT scores and college transcripts.
