Purpose for the scholarship
To provide college scholarships to graduating seniors from the West Side of Oahu.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii and a graduating senior form the west side of Oahu (zip codes 96797, 96706, 96707, 96709, and 96792); must be attending an accredited two- or four-year college or university; must have a minimum 2.8 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference will be given to applicants planning to attend the University of Hawaii at West Oahu and those who demonstrate community service in the communities of West Oahu.
